That’s why SAAM’s Academia Working Group invites you to share your ideas here. Whether you're envisioning solutions to urban mobility challenges, proposing novel use cases for autonomous systems, or imagining how to foster sustainable practices, your ideas matter.

2. Collaborate and Innovate
Our Academia Working Group will review your submission. They will refine your idea and identify students, researchers and programs that can match your need.
If the idea seems relevant, we will get back to you with propositions.

The Academia Working Group focuses on fostering collaboration within Switzerland’s academic institutions and research organisations to tackle the challenges of autonomous mobility. Through its work, the group:
- Connects Research Institutions: Strengthening cooperation between universities and research centers across Switzerland.
- Empowers Students and Researchers: Leveraging Switzerland’s vast student workforce by providing opportunities to engage in impactful projects and contribute to cutting-edge research in autonomous mobility.
- Promotes Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Bridging the gap between technical, social, and policy-focused disciplines.
