The Annual POLIS Conference 2026 takes place on 2 and 3 December 2026 at THE EGG conference centre in Brussels. POLIS describes itself as a network for cities and regions focused on smart, innovative and sustainable transport solutions.
The programme includes 40 breakout sessions, eight hosted sessions and two high-level plenaries, one on housing and one on the implications of artificial intelligence in transport. The conference addresses policy-makers, industry leaders, city and regional representatives, researchers and mobility experts from Europe and beyond.
Registration closes on 15 November 2026. The standard fee is EUR 495 excluding VAT, with an early bird rate for the first 100 registrations.
