The ULTIMO CCAM Stakeholder Day & Interactive Demos takes place on Wednesday 7 October 2026 in Geneva, from 09:00 to 17:30. It is organised by the consortium of the Horizon Europe project ULTIMO and brings together public transport operators, municipal authorities, technology providers, regulators and European CCAM sister projects.
Programme
- Keynote “Building Institutional and Public Readiness for Autonomous Mobility” by Henriette Cornet, PhD, Founder and Director at Urban Innovate and member of the ULTIMO Advisory Board. According to the organisers, she will present comparative findings on organisational maturity, workforce preparedness and passenger safety perceptions in US and European deployments.
- Workshops with the EU sister projects AutoReady, Next Ride and MODI on CCAM policies, analysis tools such as the ULTIMO Data Intelligence Platform, common open AV APIs and user acceptance frameworks.
- Depot test drives and technology demonstrations with the TPG automated shuttles in Geneva: depot operations, in-vehicle and accessibility services, and prototypes for passenger safety and data intelligence.
- A co-creation session in which participants give input on policy recommendations, operational KPIs and Key Exploitable Results (KERs).
The event takes place at the Mercure Hotel in Geneva. Registration is free of charge; places for the depot test drives are limited. According to the organisers, a detailed agenda will follow in mid-September.
The EUCAD Symposium 2026 takes place in Geneva on the following two days, 8 and 9 October 2026.
